The Internet online store catalogue browser:

1) Once logged on as a registered member the customer can search for a movie title by genre, actor, or other keywords.

2) When a movie is found the customer can click onto RENT;  then the customer is prompted to confirm the rental. All of this from the comfort of their home or office. It is very simple and effective. The store can then make a delivery or the customer can pick it up depending on the business model.

2) Or click onto the calendar box and make a reservation for the movie or just rent it for today.

Note the rentals or reservations will be reported within a dashboard found within the RAPS system to be actioned by the counter operators/staff.

In store customer movie rental and retail checkout component with family members:

1) All the customer details can be amended at any time during the transaction process.

2) A memo can be maintained to keep notes.

3) There is a button at the bottom of this window that allow the operator to look at historical accounting movie rentals, extra day rentals, retail transaction and payments.

4) Multiple accounts can be opened which can be minimized or left as floating windows. What we are trying to say is that you can work with more than one customer account at a time.
